Special Weekend Day 1: Introduction to Methodical Meditation
Methodical Meditation is an indispensible tool for one¡¦s physical and spiritual well-being. It has been used for millennia by many traditions as a way to transcend the underlying dissatisfaction or suffering of life¡Xbe it physical, psychological or spiritual. Within the Buddhist tradition, meditation becomes a very potent tool for developing and strengthening one¡¦s innate mental awareness and compassionate wisdom¡Xleading to the ultimate enlightenment or spiritual awareness.

The talk will be draw on early classic works of Buddhism to outline the crucial aspects of Buddhist meditation. Rinpoche¡¦s particular skill is to teach original sources in a way which is directly relevant to our day to day lives in the 21st century.
