Gampopa's four dharmas are his unique synthesis of the practice lineages derived from the Kadampas and from Milarepa. The Four Dharmas cover a progressive path of deepening realization from Theravada, Paramitayana, Mantrayana, and finally Mahamudra. As such they provide a precious umbrella under which we may be safely guided to our ultimate goal.

There is a 3-hour teaching, followed by tea and snacks.

The program will be held at the UTBF Retreat Center, starting from 2:00pm. Please arrive the center by 1:30pm. Dinner is provided for guests who are staying over at the Center on Saturday night.
