His Eminence, Trungrum Gyaltrul Rinpoche, PhD invites you to come to a special two hour talk on Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion and the meditation practices of Loving Kindness. Rinpoche will teach and lead guided meditation on the subject during the evening. The focus will be on the importance of Loving Kindness as daily practice through the lens of Avalokiteshvara, and the way in which our own practice can affect our greater surroundings as a result of our experience in meditation.
