Discovering the Dharma
"Discovering the Dharma" is a series of five retreats led by
H.E. Trungram Gyaltrul Rinpoche. The entire "Discovering the Dharma" course consists of fifteen subject areas of Mahayana Buddhism (see full program outline page) and is designed to give participants firsthand meditative retreat experience.
The first 3 retreats may be taken in any order, and there is no pre-requisite. The 4th retreat may only be taken after attending the first 3 retreats. The fifth and final retreat may only be taken after completing the first four.
Although the program is suited for beginner and intermediate level practitioners, this is a fairly intensive retreat and we ask that only serious students apply. Please see the program schedule from a previous retreat to get an idea of what you can expect to experience.
